Office Hours

Our Office is Open Monday through Friday, 8-5 pm weekdays.

If you have a propane emergency, do not hesitate to call our office.

In the case of inclement weather, call the office at 845-452-8400. Our answering service is available after hours.

Our 2021 holiday hours are:

• Thanksgiving:
  CLOSED: November 26 and 27 (Thursday and Friday)
• Christmas Eve/Day:
  OPEN: Christmas Eve – Friday, December 24th 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
  CLOSED: Christmas Day – Saturday, December 25th
• New Year’s Eve/Day:
  CLOSED: Friday, Dec. 31st and Saturday, January 1

We ask that if you are a “will call” account to please call and arrange for a delivery prior to this time, drivers will be in your area in the week prior to the holidays. Please plan ahead in order to avoid an extra charges.

Please note:

• BBQ tanks are typically filled between 1 and 5 pm. You may drop them off any time the office is open.
• A public notary service is available onsite for customers. Call our office to make an appointment to receive this service free of charge.
