How the Budget Plan Works—It May Even Save You Money

  • First, your account is reviewed for gas deliveries and fuel use in the last 12 months. We assume that your fuel usage will stay approximately the same. We try to predict how much gas you will use in next 12 months.
  • Based on these numbers, a monthly payment amount is established for your account for the next 11 months.
  • Twice a year, your payment plan will be re-reviewed, and if necessary, adjusted to make sure your payments keep up with your fuel use. 
  • By receiving auto-deliveries, you may save money on your bill by avoiding out of gas and special trip fees.

Note: Our budget plan includes only your fuel use. It does not include service, delivery fees, special trip charges, rerouting fees, etc.

How to Get Started on our Budget Plan

  • Current customers:
    Call our office to speak with any customer service representative. They will forward you application information. You may already have this form on file. 
  • New customers:
    During your estimate, ask about the budget payment plan. We’ll start you at a set $ amount (depending your gas appliance) and then adjust your payments after 6 months (if necessary). Receive the benefit of making budget payments with your gas bill!
