Choose from two ways to receive your propane delivery

1. Automatic Delivery—Best, Easiest (and Most Popular) Option with the Best Pricing

With automatic delivery, our office calculates and schedules regular fuel deliveries to your home or office based on weather, appliance usage, or your unique needs. Most customers choose our automatic delivery option and it’s free of charge.

Automatic delivery helps you save money by avoiding out of gas fees, rerouting fees, and special trip charges to deliver your gas.

To sign up for automatic delivery, just ask. We only require basic information be kept on file. Fill out our Consumer Information Sheet or Commercial/Industrial Information Sheet. The information on these application forms is used to apply for our automatic delivery option.

2. Will-Call Delivery—Good Option

Will-call delivery is when the customer is in full control of fuel deliveries to their tank. When the customer needs a tank filled, they call the office to schedule a gas delivery. However, there are a few things to consider with will-call delivery:

  • Typically, the office requires 3-5 business days to make a will-call delivery.
    It is possible that you may run out of gas in that time window (if the weather is exceptionally cold or if the appliance is used more than usual). Please plan ahead.
  • The customer is responsible if they run out of gas and may need to pay extra fees for out of gas, pressure tests, or rerouted/special deliveries.
    Some customers believe that they can save money by personally controlling their deliveries. Will call delivery is not the most efficient or predictable method to receive propane to your home. In most cases, this works out well for smaller fuel usage.
  • If you call and request an immediate fuel delivery,
    you may be charged a special trip fee for this service.
  • If you call and request a fuel delivery after hours,
    you may be charged a special trip fee.
  • Customers can convert their account from will-call delivery to auto-delivery at any time, just call.
