Easy BBQ Tank Refills

Fills, Inspections, Disposals

  • We fill and inspect each propane tank we fill. New York State has recently begun to enforce new regulations regarding the age and condition of tanks.
  • Re-certify older tanks if possible
  • Recycle and dispose of most propane cylinders for a small fee. 1 lb. propane tanks are not accepted.

Dropoffs

  • BBQ tanks may be dropped off for filling anytime weekdays between 9 and 5.
    If the office is busy, you may be given a ticket to pick up your tank later in the day.

Wait for a fill

  • Poughkeepsie office: between 9-11 am and 1-4 pm since lunchtimes vary.
  • Kingston office: visit us after 3 pm to wait to have your tank filled.

Motor Homes, Camper/RV tank fill

  • Call the office in advance to confirm parking directions so that we can guarantee a quick and easy fill directly to your vehicle.
    There are parking constraints at each office, we appreciate your advance notice.
